Investigating the role of organizational coaching in empowering human resources of sports organizations

The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of organizational coaching in empowering the human resources of sports organizations. Descriptive research is a correlational and applied type of research. The statistical population is 500 people and includes professors of sports management, managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, sports federations, the National Olympic and Paralympic Committee and people who are experts in the field of sports management, of which 300 people were selected by simple random sampling and using structural equation modeling. were selected as a statistical sample. The research tool is a questionnaire with 50 questions and 9 components, whose face validity was confirmed by 12 sports management professors and its overall reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha method (α=0.967). The data were analyzed by structural equation model method and SPSS 24 and 8.5 PLS software. The results of the research show that the values of effect coefficients, values of t value, the value of explained variance and the significance level of all questions have a significant effect (P<0.01). In addition, the analysis shows that the managers of sports organizations can use their capacity and capabilities in the development of the organization's performance by applying the coaching method while developing the skills and capabilities of their employees, in accordance with the organizational goals and policies.
