Abstract
The aim of the current research was to identify the challenges, strategies, and consequences of the presence of women in the stadiums of the Premier Football League of Iran. The statistical population of the research is against the staff managers of the Ministry of Sports, managers of the football federation, university professors, and military commanders of sports events who had scientific, executive, and scientific experience in this field. 21 people reached theoretical saturation through in-depth and semi-structured interviews. The method of the present research was based on a thematic analysis strategy. The research tools included documentary studies and interviews with expert managers. The content validity of the interview tool using opinion The experts (3 expert researchers) were evaluated and confirmed, and the reliability of the interviews was also checked and confirmed through re-coding (α=0.85). The results obtained from the interviews showed that in the discussion of the challenges The entry of women into the stadium has 3 main themes, 10 sub-themes in the field of strategies for the presence of women in the stadium, 8 main themes, 20 sub-themes and regarding the consequences of women in the stadium, 41 themes of economic, social, technical and professional consequences and moral consequences were obtained. Therefore, it can be said that paying attention to the cultural and intellectual infrastructure of the society through the treatise, gradualizing the presence of women with a family-oriented approach, providing suitable facilities for spectators, and developing civil activities in order to help and support the presence of women in the stadium can lead to the presence and The participation of women in the stadium is worth noting.
