چکیده

هدف پژوهش شناسایی و سطح بندی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه ورزش کشتی در مدارس ایران بود. پژوهش از منظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر نوع دادهها کیفی و از نظر روش تحلیل دادهها از نوع اکتشافی و از نظر زمان حال نگر و روش جمعآوری دادهها میدانی است. مشارکت کنندگان شامل ۱۷ نفر از کارشناسان و صاحب نظران کشتی بودند که به صورت هدفمند و با روش گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. مصاحبه‌های کیفی با کارشناسان صورت گرفت و با عنایت به مبانی نظری پژوهش‌های کیفی، پس از انجام مصاحبه‌ها، تحلیل و کدگذاری آن‌ها انجام شد. همچنین روش تحلیل یافتهها در مرحله مصاحبه، دادهها با روش تفسیر ساختاری متن و در مرحله سطح بندی با استفاده از روش مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیری صورت گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد عوامل اصلی توسعه ورزش کشتی دانش آموزی شامل سه عامل 1- ساختار نظام مند (شامل اهمیت به نیروی انسانی، برنامه مدون، عامل اقتصادی در توسعه، امکانات و تجهیزات ، عوامل مدیریتی) ، 2- عوامل محیطی (شامل فرهنگی- اجتماعی، رسانه و تبلیغات، استفاده از پژوهش، نقش خانواده) و 3- عوامل تسهیل کننده (حمایت از ورزشکاران، قانونی، سیاسی، توسعه سیستم ارتباطی- اطلاعاتی ) بود. در بخش سطح بندی نیز پس از شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعۀ کشتی دانش آموزی، نحوه اثرپذیری و اثرگذاری عوامل بر یکدیگر بررسی و با استفاده از مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیری در نرم افزار میک مک سطح بندی شدند. در مجموع امتیازات ماتریکس مستقیم، بیشترین تأثیرگذاری مربوط به برنامه مدون و کمترین تأثیرگذاری مربوط به امکانات و تجهیزات بود. همچنین موقعیت تأثیرگذاری و تأثیرپذیری مؤلفههای شناسایی شده نشان دهنده پایدار بودن سیستم است. بکارگیری مؤلفههای شناسایی شده در اجرا به عنوان راه کارهای مناسبی برای توسعه کشتی دانش آموزی در استان خوزستان ارائه میدهد.

چکیده English

the aim of this research was to identify and stratify the factors affecting the development of wrestling in Iranian schools. The study is applied in purpose and, methodologically, is qualitative in data type, exploratory in analysis, cross‑sectional in time perspective, and field‑based in data collection. The sample comprised 17 wrestling experts, selected through purposive and snowball sampling. Data were gathered via qualitative interviews, which were then transcribed, coded, and analyzed following established qualitative research principles. Interview findings were examined using textual structural interpretation; subsequently, Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) was applied for stratification. The results identified three principal categories of factors: (1) systemic structural factors, including human resources, a written program, economic considerations, facilities and equipment, and management; (2) environmental factors, encompassing sociocultural context, media and advertising, research utilization, and family involvement; and (3) facilitating factors, such as athlete support, legal and political frameworks, and the development of communication‑information systems. In the stratification phase, the interrelationships among these factors were examined using ISM in MICMAC software. Analysis of the direct reachability matrix revealed that the “written program” exerted the strongest influence, while “facilities and equipment” had the weakest. The resulting influence‑dependence mapping indicates overall system stability. Implementing the identified components provides a structured basis for practical solutions to foster the development of student wrestling in Khuzestan province.
