بررسی اثربخشی یک دوره آموزش پروتکل مهارت‌های روان‌شناختی بر آمادگی ذهنی بازیکنان فوتبال

چکیده
هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر  یک دوره آموزش پروتکل مهارت‌های روان‌شناختی یا پی.اس.تی بر آمادگی ذهنی بازیکنان فوتبال بود. پژوهش از نوع شبه آزمایشی با پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه گواه بود که به صورت هدفمند تعداد 24 نفر از بازیکنان فوتبال تیم شهرداری اردبیل به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. نمونه­ها به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی و گواه جایگزین شدند. آمادگی ذهنی بازیکنان  طی شش ماه در سه مرحله: پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری، در چهار مهارت هدف گذاری، تصویرسازی ذهنی، انگیزش و آرام سازی بدنی با استفاده از دو پرسشنامه ساسی سایک و امسات-3  سنجیده شد. پس از پیش آزمون بازیکنان گروه آزمایش تحت آموزش برنامه پی.اس.تی قرار گرفته ولی گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکردند. در پایان این دوره و مرحله پیگیری مجدداً پرسشنامه­ها توسط بازیکنان دو گروه تکمیل شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از تحلیل واریانس اندازه­گیری­های مکر‌‌ر استفاده شد. نتایج اثرات اصلی گروه و زمان و اثر تعاملی گروه در زمان  نشان داد آموزش­های پی.اس.تی در سه متغیر هدف گذاری، تصویرسازی ذهنی و انگیزش پس از مداخله آموزشی، منجر به ارتقا این سه متغیر در گروه آزمایش شد، اما در مورد متغیر آرام سازی بدنی تغییر معناداری حاصل نشد. نتایج این پژوهش می­تواند به تصمیم­گیران سازمان­های ورزشی و مربیان در حیطه فوتبال برای ارتقاء مهارتهای ذهنی- روانی ورزشکاران کمک کند.

Investigating the effectiveness of a Psychological Skills Training (PST) program on the mental readiness of football players

The aim of this study was to examine the effect of a Psychological Skills Training (PST) program on the mental readiness of football players. This quasi-experimental study employed a pretest–posttest–follow-up design with a control group. A total of 24 football players from the Ardabil Municipality team were selected through convenience sampling and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. Mental readiness was assessed at three time points (pretest, posttest, and follow-up) over a six-month period across four key psychological skills: goal setting, imagery, motivation, and physical relaxation, using the Sassy Psych and OMSAT-3 questionnaires. Following the pretest, the experimental group received PST training, while the control group received no intervention. Repeated-measures ANOVA revealed significant main effects of group and time, as well as a significant group-by-time interaction. PST training resulted in significant improvements in goal setting, imagery, and motivation; however, no significant improvement was observed in physical relaxation. These findings may assist sports organization decision-makers and football coaches in enhancing athletes’ psychological readiness.
