تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین منتخب بر نیمرخ عملکرد والیبالیست‌های ماهر: با تأکید بر خودارزیابی، ارزیابی مربی و آزمون‌های عملکرد استاندارد

چکیده
والیبال به‌عنوان یکی از محبوب‌ترین ورزش‌های تیمی نیازمند مهارت‌های تکنیکی، تاکتیکی، روانی، جسمانی و رفتاری است. درک اثرات تمرینات تخصصی بر این جنبه‌ها می‌تواند نقش مهمی در بهبود عملکرد ورزشکاران داشته باشد. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین منتخب بر نیمرخ عملکرد والیبالیست‌های ماهر از دیدگاه خودارزیابی، ارزیابی مربی و آزمون‌های استاندارد بوده است. این پژوهش با شرکت 60 والیبالیست ماهر از لیگ برتر والیبال استان خراسان رضوی انجام شد. شرکت‌کنندگان پس از پیش‌آزمون، با توجه به نمرات به دست آمده هر بازیکن، به شش گروه تکنیک، تاکتیک، آمادگی روانی، آمادگی جسمانی، رفتاری و کنترل تقسیم شدند. آزمون‌های مختلف تکنیکی، تاکتیکی، جسمانی، روانی و رفتاری در مراحل پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون اجرا شد. ابزارهای ارزیابی شامل پرسشنامه‌های خودارزیابی، آزمون‌های استاندارد و ارزیابی مربیان بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس و تحلیل واریانس مرکب تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که هشت هفته تمرین منتخب تأثیر معناداری بر نیمرخ عملکرد والیبالیست‌های ماهر در سطح (P  < 0.05) داشته است. از دیدگاه خودارزیابی و ارزیابی مربیان، پیشرفت قابل‌توجهی در مهارت‌ها مشاهده شد. آزمون‌های استاندارد نیز بهبودهایی را نشان دادند، اما تفاوت معناداری بین مدل‌های ارزیابی مشاهده نشد. تمرینات منتخب توانسته‌اند به‌طور معناداری نیمرخ عملکرد والیبالیست‌های ماهر را بهبود بخشند و نشان داده شد که نوع ارزیابی تأثیر قابل‌توجهی بر نتایج ندارد. این یافته‌ها اهمیت طراحی برنامه‌های تمرینی تخصصی را در ارتقای عملکرد ورزشکاران تأیید می‌کند و اطلاعات ارزشمندی برای مربیان و پژوهشگران جهت برنامه‌ریزی و ارزیابی ورزشکاران ارائه می‌دهد.

Volleyball, as a prominent team sport, requires a synthesis of technical, tactical, psychological, physical, and behavioral skills. Investigating the impact of specialized training on these components is vital for optimizing athletic performance. This study examined the effects of an eight-week selected training program on the performance profiles of skilled volleyball players, evaluated through self-assessments, coach assessments, and standardized tests. Sixty skilled male volleyball players from the Khorasan Razavi Premier League participated and were assigned to either an experimental or a control group. Participants completed a battery of technical, tactical, physical, psychological, and behavioral assessments before and after the intervention. Data were collected using self-assessment questionnaires, coach evaluations, and objective standardized tests. Outcomes were analyzed via statistical methods, including analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). The results indicated that the eight-week selected training significantly improved the players’ overall performance profiles. Both self-assessments and coach evaluations demonstrated notable improvements in skill levels, and standardized tests corroborated positive changes, although some discrepancies between assessment methods were not statistically significant. In conclusion, selected training programs effectively enhance the multifaceted performance of skilled volleyball players. These findings underscore the value of tailored training regimens and offer practical insights for coaches and researchers engaged in athlete development and evaluation.
